Hi-low pleated skirt

Adorable skirt, purchased while living overseas. Waist band is elastic, you can see in last picture it has some wave to it, elastic is still good as new. Second picture, shows to the slip under the skirt. Sizing 42, which translates to US size 12, though I was a 14/16 when I wore it.
