Beautiful Hilton Hollis white mini dress with burnout texture and short mesh sleeves and mesh hem. Fully lined except the sleeves. Very elegant. Simple, yet flattering design. The outer layer is transparent in the areas that appear lighter/have thinner fabric, but the lining prevents the dress from being see-through. Scoop neck, back zip, length just above the knee.
