Hippie Chic Fringed Tan Kimono with cutout detail

Perfect for music festivals or out to brunch! This super soft top features cutout detailing and scalloped edge. It's brand xhiliration from Target. Size xs. There a couple of spots on the back that I didn't try to get out. (See pics 5 & 6) It has washing instructions. I just didn't want to chance ruining this beauty!
