Hippie boho Chasor medium velvet bell sleeve festival dress tie-dye teal navy

Beautiful med comfortable hippie boho style dress new brand new without tags. beautiful tie-dye melts in like a white almost cream color with flecks of teal. almost like a navy blend. I thought it would fit me and I took the tags off however, it did not fit me up top. but it's never been worn.
