Hippie boho flowy pedal shaped flower top/dress

I LOVE this dress... kinda hesitant on selling it but I've only worn it a few times and it deserves to be worn! I'm about 5'3 and it's short on me as a dress, so if you're taller you likely will need to plan on this being a top or swim cover up. Vibrant blue, green, and orange flower pattern. I don't know that there is a size tag on it; I'd call it a sm or xs but may fit up to M. Elastic top. In great used condition.
