Hippocampe lightweight shift short sleeve dress with drop waist belt

Lightweight, short sleeve, short summer dress. Dark navy blue with cream triangle pattern. Dress is straight/shift style with belt loops at the hip for a relaxed, drop waist fit. Purchased at a little store in Dinard, France :) unlined. No fabric tag but feels like a poly blend. EU size 36, fits like a US small — see pics with measurements.
