@violet48x hey! thanks for checking it out. I added some lay-flat pics for you with measurements. I would say you have a 2-3 inch play with the back ties. (front measurement shows approx: 17") (back measurements showing approx: 19" inches with most slack given to ties) I would say this would fit size 16-18 comfortably
