It's previously owned and used and in very good pre-owned condition with a couple of extremely slight stains, but no other defects or problems. The stains were able to scraped off with my finger nail but left a tiny residue. It should go away in a wash and it would look like brand new. Also, it has a slight smell to it, just wanted to mention. I believe it's from the storing conditions of the store I purchased, or from the polyurethane material. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
