Hitherto chiffon black and white stripe dress

A beautiful dress with a layers of lining to give the dress a full swinging skirt The perfect dress for sipping tea and eating tasty little finger sandwiches at all of your summer garden parties this year. Hitherto brand, bought from Anthropologie Note: The dress is lined in the bust but the lining is not attached. This is mostly intentional to give the chiffon layer some play. But on the opposite side of the zipper there used to be a few stitches to hold the other side up at the bottom of the pit. The dress is still wearable. And probably easier if the wearer has smaller cup sizes.
