@kimberley56345 hi love, it came like that. I just noticed it when I took it out of the plastic wrapping that Hmn Alns sends it in. I researched it and it said if reflective clothing is stored in hot/humid areas then it can cause discoloration on the 3M reflective clothing. I never noticed it until now when taking it out of the packaging to take more pictures so I uploaded them to be transparent with my listing.

@kimberley56345 They have never been worn or used so they’re still considered brand new but as for the discoloration, my only idea is that they were stored in a hot/humid area and were sent to me like this. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks for shopping love <3
