Hoaglund new york V neck ruched dress. Size 2

Condition: I bought it for a special occasion 10 years ago, luckily I got pregnant and the dress was too tight. I have never had a chance to put on . I can say that it is not new but never worn and with tags attached. Color: chocolate brown. Size 2 ( fabric stretches a bit) Dress length laying flat approx 60” Any questions?
