Hodges Green Scoop Neck Dress or Tunic

Emerald green, pleated, empire waist with scoop neck and back dress with ties at sleeve ends that create a keyhole effect. It hangs with a very nice drape. Could also be worn as a tunic with leggings, tights, or jeggings. Never worn without tags. Small snag on the inside of the dress (shown in last photo), but is not visible from the outside of the dress.
