Gorgeous and unique Anthropologie Holding Horses flounce dress. It has a bit of a high low effect with the front skirt a few inches shorter than the back. Elbow length sleeves. Super cute paired with boots. Tag size says XXSP. I think it runs large so I'm listing this under small petite. I am usually a 4/6 and it fit me fine. Very good pre-owned conditon. Length is 33" in the front and 36" in the back measured from the top of the shoulder.
