Holding Horses for Anthropologie Dress Sz. 6 Small Fringed!

From Holding Horses, this dress is done in a vintage-washed blue, black and pink stripe on a natural background. Fully lined, it has a tiered fringe hem and v neckline. Size 6, would also work for sizes 0-4, measuring 33” from shoulder to hem and 17” across the bust. Good condition with normal wash wear and some fading.
