Holiday Dress

Vintage 80's special occasion dress. Like new condition. Black velvet with emerald green ruffles. Laying flat it measures 15 1/2" from shoulder to shoulder, from top of the shoulder to bottom of the dress is 37", from top of the shoulder to bottom of the velvet measures 24 1/2" & top of the ruffle to bottom of the dress is 12 1/2". The waist laying flat measures 16" & hips measures 18". Bow is 11 1/2" long & 8 1/2" high from tip to tip. The back is V'd & closes with a 14 1/2" zipper. The sleeves puff & have a pleat. The sleeve bottom opening measures 6" laying flat. It's a size 5/6. Prefect condition. Made in the USA. Dry clean only.
