astrianna4759 About two months ago... I was stunned when I saw it. Because shortly afterwards I saw a very similar dress made exactly like the bottom and this dress was a rare vintage gown that the man had bought for his wife. The bottom of the dress was made by a designer who produced the dress but never passed on how he made it and it hadn't been reproduce because he took it to his grave. The dress went for insurance value in the high thousands. This dress is not that old but the price was impressive.
