Holiday Flounce Sleeve Mini Dress

Worn twice and received lots of compliments. This is a really popular runway design, and I saw the same dress at designer stores shopping in New York last winter. This is a size 6, but I took it in in the hips to fit my (30") waist and (36") hips. Best for size B chest.
