Perfect for holiday parties! Bust 34 - waist 28 (with internal belt) - hips 36. From waist to hem is 20 inches. Velvet flocked flowers are embossed on the red net and then decorated with sequins and beads. Cluster of flowers on the left bust includes a rose and other beaded petals. Sleeves are all sheer ruched net and have satin covered elastic straps to hold sleeves in place. FABULOUS condition. Missing a few sequins here and there but base fabric is a perfect match so you can’t see them. More info in comments!
