Holiday dress High low semi- formal dress

This is a unique and comfortable dress! I wore it on a cruise & travel with it as the low maintenance fabric traveled very well. The top is a zip up jersey style material with the skirt attached. (Note high, low skirt). The fit is very standard size 16
