Holiday sale 🎄 Watercolor blouse

Watercolor pattern halter top features strokes of green, blue, brown, tans, and white. Has a tieback collar and detachable floral ribbon brooch. The outer shell is a cascading layer effect that is semi sheer chiffon. The inner shell is opaque chocolate brown. Falls just at the hip, and from seam to seam the chest width is 14.5". Worn once for a baby shower. Is a bit tight in the chest and a bit too short for my taste. Size XS and seems true to size (as I normally wear a S).
