Hollister Board walk Dress

I LOVE this dress the cotton material keeps you cool while it's layered plumage gives you a fluffy skirt to make you feel like the delicate flower you are! It's stretchy up top in the back to allow you to breathe while two rods shoot up each side to give you that non rumpled look while sitting and standing. I do apologize for not ironing the dress before pictures! It's a soft navy blue with white pin stripes and a cute navy blue ribbon with white polka dots. It would be a great dress for Easter!
