bmos309 @aprilwidon Hi!!!! So sorry for the delay! My day ended up crazier than I thought 🙃 There is some stretch. Content is 99% cotton and 1% elastane. Waist measurement is approximately 27.5". The tag says 26" waist but when I measure I get about 27.5" :) Does that help?
