Hollister dress. Tagged as a size medium but may fit a small or s/m better. The top is gray with ribbon thin straps that go from the center of the back. Additional ties on one of the straps that I believe is for a bow (if not I have no idea what it is for). The skirt is white and pink stripes, fully lined with a little bit of a poof. Waist is smocked and stretchy. 100% cotton. Has two little pockets on the skirt! Excellent used condition. Length 34 PTP is 15 relaxed, stretch to 18 Waist 13 relaxed, stretches to 16
