harryandmeplus3 The fabric has spandex in it so it is stretchy, from pit to pit it is 17 inches but will stretch up to 18” or more, shoulder to hem is about 23 1/2 inches, sleeves are about 24 inches long from the shoulder. It looks like a regular small to me but might fit a medium. Too small for me and I can sometimes wear a larger medium but not this one.
