Hollister cropped pin striped blouse w/ embroidery

Hollister blue and white pinstripe blouse. Cropped with elastic at bottom. Sleeves have loop and tie at the end (shown above). Rose/flower embroidery on each sleeve. Can be worn on or off the shoulder.
