Hollister floral ruched tie-shoulder ruffle dress

Never used, still has tags! White with tiny blue and purple flowers. The shoulders tie and there’s a zipper on the side. Size Small but I can fit well as a medium (pictured). Very pretty dress but I chose a different one for graduation and never got around to returning it.
