@yogijennypenny they come up about to my belly button, and since I don’t have the shorts with me right now I measured on myself the length between there and where the crotch inseam would sit. I got 7 inches.

@rrachellla ok, well thank you so much for letting me know; 7” would barely be considered mid-rise. Perhaps these were mistakenly mislabeled by the factory? These definitely won’t fit me.
