Holt Hand Painted Luxe Emma Lace Zebra Dress Medium NWT

NWT Holt Hand Painted Luxe Emma Lace Zebra Dress Size Medium (but runs small).  Brand new with original tag attached.  Black lace over caucasian tone lining. Silver tone paint hand painted over the designs.  There is a hook and eye closure at the top of the back of the neck.  Size medium but appears to run small for its size.  Measures 14" straight across bust (pit to pit), 13" across waist, 14" across hip and 34" in length.  Dress is a little stretchy but not a lot.
