Very cute soft, lightweight, black skirt with lacing on the front to create a cute look. It is a flowy skirt, great for twirling. Elastic waist allows for adjustment in sizing, but is a size S/M. Definitely fits true to size. For me I should have sized up to a L/XL. See pics for size chart.
