Home made pleated cotton skirt

waist 35" laying flat length (from bottom of waistband down) 24" laying flat. waistband is 2". Skirt is black back ground with red and pink roses and olive green leaves with white stems. Is pleated fully around skirt, has hidden side zipper and is NWOT'S!
