Homecoming / Dance / Prom / formal dress

Getting rid of all my old things and hoping to give them a second life - one shoulder (gems on the strap) - sweetheart neckline - navy - mid length dress - skirt has a few layers for added volume - one being tulle - padded bra area (no wire) - high low dress Zipper back (functional). Worn once! The only issue (pictured) is that the netting on the strap in the front is slowing coming off. If you have sewing skills, I think this would be an easy fix or even a tailor should be able to fix this. Almost all of the gems are in the same place.
