The top layer off the skirt part is like a silk with tool underneath then another silk like lining on the inside @jrichxoxo

The band is tight enough to stay up on you but the bust part is wire so even if you don't fill the dress, the top will still keep its shape. It would depend on if you are ok with the bust not being completely filled @runnermomx3
