Homecoming / Prom / Formal Dress

This is a blue, strapless dress that I bought 3 years ago. I used it only once for Halloween and it’s been in my closet ever since. The size is 3/4 and I don’t fit in it anymore. The rhinestones are all intact, although some are loose, it is not noticeable that they are loose unless you look for an issue with the dress. None of the rhinestones have ever fallen off. The lines at the bottom of the dress can be seen but only upon inspection and cannot be seen from far away.
