Homecoming / Quinceanera ball gown style dress

Worn once for homecoming could be used for a quinceanera gown/dress, in good condition, comes in original bag from boutique it was purchased from, has corset back so it can possibly be worn on different sizes, super pretty light blue/electric blue color, rhinestones are all in tact, comes with what I think is arm piece attachments, can be worn with a hoop for bigger look as seen in the last photo, will be a little wrinkled from being in storage. Will accept reasonable offers.
