Homecoming or Formal Short Strapless Dress

Black sequin top with sweetheart neckline and flowy, pleated white skirt. Bought it on sale from JCPenney but never wore it, tag is still on it! Very cute and flattering. Stays up really well for a strapless dress and has built in pads so bra is optional. Tiny makeup stain on the left seam of the skirt (probably why it was on sale). Sad I never had an occasion to wear it!
