Homecoming or Special Event Dress, Size Smalll, Green with Sequin Design

Special event dress worn once and professionally cleaned. Size small. Green with sequin design that is gold and rose gold. Bust has a double layer. Asymmetrical ruffle at the bottom. In the back, measures 18” from waist seam to hem. Waist seam would sit at bra line. In the front center, measures 15.5” from waist seams I had my daughter wear running shorts under, and they didn’t show.
