heidizme @liledeglace Hi there, thank you for the questions! All are best for your skin but I use the oatmeal milk & honey with cbd everyday, my husband says my skin is like baby skin and I'm 57!! lol also it helps control my Lupus rashes, and I don't get acne anymore. I know this is a little too much info TMI, but it amazing helped a hemorrhoid too!! lol also

heidizme @liledeglace i used it once to wash my hair because i forgot shampoo, and it helped my scalp, i still had to use my normal conditioner because my hair gets dry. it does help relax my muscles for lupus / fibromyagia for a few hours, as do my cbd bath bombs... as for

heidizme @liledeglace the non cbd ones my favorite are any fruits, smell good, but also the collagen one, the cider vinegar one and the rosehips one. The scrubs, any of them, the cbd lotions I love too..
