Homemade Universal Monsters Vintage inspired halter tie back top. Fabric is one sided and unlined. Please note I can’t really give measurements since it’s adjustable due to whether you are smaller and have a longer strap hanging or are have a broader back and don’t have much of a bow hanging from tying. I did lay it out flat and about 23 1/2” across and there is still some of the back tie left that you can tie. I currently am a size 14/16 38C, 218 pounds and I can tie it back no problem to give you an idea. Comes from a smoke free home
