Homemade/handmade light tan double layer polyester full midi skirt with elastic waistband with first layer being chiffon Small/medium I’m the model & I’m 5’3” & a size small Excellent condition but the elastic waistband stitching is not perfect as shown in picture Elastic waistband is 28” Length is 33”
