Honor Your Purchase! (Not for Sale)

I recently encountered a "bad" customer who bought an item from me and then filed a complaint that my item was misrepresented. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but I consider myself honest and for this buyer (who probably had buyer's remorse) to report me, I am beyond disappointed.
