Hooded Blue Striped Sweater

This is a size 22/24 and has two different shades of blue making up the stripes. The sweater is ribbed except for the bands at the ends of the sleeves, the bottom of the sweater, the border of the neck and hood as well as the small faux undershirt that is adorned with hearts.
