Hooded Cyberpunk Dress - fits US S/M

Very cute hooded long sleeve cyberpunk inspired dress. Can be worn as a tunic. Buckle details and biased zipper front. Unfortunately too small for me. I’m 8 US M but this rather fits a 6 US S despite the tag saying M. New with tag.
