Hooded velvety cape

Approximately 4’ long cape with approximately 2’ double layered hood, with collar and velcro neck tab. Great condition! Worn a few times, but clean and in original packaging. Super flowy and soft velvet. Great for kids or adults 4’ or taller. I had to turn on the flash to show you the texture and neck tab. It’s flat black, not shiny.
