hello do you happen to know if the system warm or cold gear technology very smooth soft feeling fleece color doesn't fade almost looks like it has a slight shine or Shimmer to it and what is the actual color of blue they make several royal blue an emotional blue very similar one slightly more brighter then maybe below and Academy blue it gets confusing and it's hard for me to tell shades

and how negotiable are you on the item I'm very interested but I don't want to lowball you because I'm disabled and on a very fixed income at the moment and I have to get a red hoodie and a blue hoodie and a gray hoodie and I have a set budget for all three and I have to adhere to hopefully we can come to an agreement
