100% Rayon, this can either be worn as a dress or cover up over a tank top and had flowing longer sides. It is white with blue stripes. This has no give or room to stretch side to side at chest and underarm area. Worn once with no flaws. Due to the flowing sides which are much longer than the front, approximate measurements as follows. Shortest length down middle, 34 inches, length of sides 42 inches, shoulder to shoulder 16 inches, sleeve length is 24 inches with a button so it can be buttoned higher. Under arm is 20 inches.
