The book is in pretty good condition except the first pages having some brown on them. I am not a "book" person, so I am not sure if this can be cleaned up....but well worth looking into! Also does have a handwritten inscription in the entry. This treasure will come from a non-smoking/pet-friendly home. *Best TIP: take time to enlarge each photo and carefully look over before buying any items!
