Hope’s multi maxi dress

BNWT I never got to wear it because the string to tie into a halter top was sewn on wrong. It was sewn on the same side. It can easily be fixed. Also, there was stains at the bottom of the dress. It looks like they can easily be taking out. I wanted to exchange it out, but they were sold out of my size.
