Vera Wang White Size 2 Formal dress Royal blue color. Plunge halter top style. Band around waist. Cute little bows on the back. High thigh slit. Beautiful dress with pockets! This dress was altered in length, im 5'5 but had heels on. Cups can be removed. I can provide measurements if interested in dress. Purchased from davids bridal. Dry cleaned and has been in plastic.
