thevelvetrobyn @daisygirl321 Thanks for your sweet comments. The waist isn't so much of an issue, probably the most important measurement is below the bust around the rib cage, this is the smallest area of the dress due to the zipper. I measured and it will fit if your measurement is anything below 33" anything 34" and over and it probably wouldn't zip close. The rest of the dress is very forgiving. thevelvetrobyn Definitely Joanne @daisygirl321, you'll want to measure as I would hate if you bought and it didn't fit. I am about a size 6 but that part of our bodies can be different for everyone based on your bone structure in your rib cage. It is truly a stunning dress that I only wore a couple of times while on vacation, (not something I can wear out to dinner here in N. Carolina, lol)but got a ton of compliments on 🌺🌺Let me know once you have had a chance to measure yourself.

The important measurement is below the bust 33", and the length and/or straps could be altered if necessary. It seriously is a stunning dress, I just live in an area that I can't wear it anymore. daisygirl321 @thevelvetrobyn Ok after measuring three times this is going to be a judgement call on my part. I am getting approx 33 3/4". Does this material have any give? I have a 36D bust and I just want to make sure I can breath.

thevelvetrobyn The fabric itself doesn't seem to have any give but I may have measured just a bit over so you could potentially be just fine. I am also a 34D so we may be similar size wise. What dress size are you normally? I wouldn't ordinarily do this but since shipping is free right now if you purchased it and it really is just too tight you could send it back and I would refund you $$. I really want you to be pleased with it and I know you'll love it if it fits correctly. What do you think?

daisygirl321 @thevelvetrobyn The shipping thing is no biggie. My jeans are a 8 or 10 but it's my bust that I have a hard time fitting into clothes. They just get in the way. Lol. I buy dresses a 12 just to get the top to fit then have it altered.

thevelvetrobyn @sweetbabyjean @mommy2007 Thanks dolls🌟This dress is actually great for keeping the girls in as there are two straps that extend from the front to the lower back and then there is a thin halter tie that allows to tie it where it feels most comfortable and helps give you the control you need.
