cassiejo702 @bwhite2014 Hi! Yeah this does have some stretch width wise. The busy laying flat is about 16"-17" and stretches to 23, waist is 13" and sketches to about 20". Length from shoulder to bottom is 30" (not a lot of stretch length wise) and there are 6 buttons that go from the top and stop at the ruffles on the bottom. Material is 100% polyester but it feels like a lightweight breathable material, not heavy at all. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

cassiejo702 @bwhite2014 No problem at all! Yes there is plenty of stretch in the hip area as well. About 6-7 extra inches of stretch laying flat I'd say.
